Cannabis Patient Survey

Thank you for choosing to fill out The Utah Bee's survey about patients' experiences using the state's medical cannabis program. We hope to bring greater transparency to the industry, hold our state's leaders accountable for the regulations they make, and better facilitate patients using the system. Click the link below and you'll be able to fill out a short survey about your experiences so far with gaining access here in Utah: how your registration went and how your experiences with the dispensaries and products have been. We encourage your participation to help identify opportunities to improve the system to make it more patient-friendly. 

The survey will be open through April. Please share it with your cannabis-using friends. The more participants we have, the deeper the information that we can glean.
